Travel by Road

Traveling from Lahore to Spinkhor Lake by road includes several segments and requires proper planning, especially for the last leg of the journey.

  1. Lahore to Mingora (Swat City): The journey starts on the M-2 Motorway, continuing onto the Swat Expressway, leading directly to Mingora. This leg covers approximately 600 kilometers (373 miles) and takes about 9–10 hours depending on traffic and breaks.

  1. Lahore to Saidu Sharif Airport (Swat): PIA occasionally offers direct flights from Lahore to Saidu Sharif. The flight time is approximately 1 hour.

  2. Saidu Sharif to Kalam: After landing, the road journey from Saidu Sharif to Kalam via Bahrain takes about 5 to 6 hours depending on road and weather conditions.
